My husband ( Dr Shaik Nizamuddin ) was admitted under Dr Jaya Prakash Shenthar, for his pacemaker pocket revision surgery on 3rd floor in room no.301 this month 8 th May . Dr JPis a savior. He is such saintly cardiologist who is an expert EP who is determined to manage complicated cases of Pacemaker devices. We came all the way from Saudi Arabia to get treated by Dr Jp sir. He talks with so much authority and wisdom any patient or his relatives will get convinced for surgery without going for any other opinion. Actually he saved my husband..God bless you Dr JP and his team. Dr Yashoda another Kind Cardiologist who took care of our never ending questions . His team and all the other staff were all very cooperative and caring and supportive..and especially the 3rd floor nurses- Chaitra, Sofia , Dessy Preetha and Yazhni . Apart from them we encountered excellent cath lab team - Shruthi, Shahana and other nurses. In MICU we met sister jenny - she was excellent. The wonderful thing we observed is all of these sisters - most of them can speak many languages including Telugu. We recommend strongly Fortis Cunningham Road for cardiac procedures that need complicated Pacemaker surgery including Lead extraction. Dr JP is world famous Electrophysiologist for this expertise

Visited Fortis Hospital for the UK visa TB test, and overall had a very smooth experience. They have a dedicated immigration department, and the process is well organized. You can either book an appointment or even walk in for UK TB tests. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and guided us through the process clearly. The requirements were simple – just an original passport and a passport-size photo with white background. The X-ray process was quick (hardly 5–10 minutes), and the overall flow was efficient. For adults, chest X-ray is done, while for kids below 11 years, only doctor consultation is required. The doctor consultation was professional, and everything was handled systematically. Reports were ready within a few hours as informed. One small suggestion for improvement would be to reduce manual form filling. It would be great if details could be pre-filled or digitized to save time. Overall, a good and hassle-free experience for UK TB testing. 👍

i would like to express my concern regarding the reception desk at Fortis CGH for appointment booking. The receptionist is often busy arranging papers or appearing occupied with secondary tasks, while the primary responsibility booking and managing appointments is delayed. This has been a recurring issue. Today, I was informed that the internet connectivity to the server was down for over an hour. For such a reputed hospital, these technical issues should be addressed with priority rather than waiting for them to resolve automatically. Patients travel from far distances and arrive on time for already booked appointments. Wasting their time due to inefficiency or lack of preparedness is unacceptable. Please ensure that: The reception staff prioritizes appointment booking over non-urgent paperwork when patients are waiting. Atlast I have pay amount and book direct booking website was working.. but not the CGHS yet.after so long.. Technical issues are resolved promptly with proper backup systems in place. Staff is trained to focus on their primary responsibilities, especially during peak hours. I request the management to take this feedback seriously and improve the overall efficiency at the reception desk.

My dad was rushed in to the emergency ward of Fortis Hospital Bannerghatta Road branch due to severe chest pain. He was taken care very well by Dr. Rajpal Singh, Dr. Sudarshan and their team. The care and hospitality given both pre and post surgery was really good. The nursing staff is also very accommodating. The doctors from the physiotherapy department have been extremely helpful. The post surgery excercises significantly helped in recovery after the surgery.
