Africa · 1 reviewEkaaksh Hospitality Dwarkamai Guest House We have had a beautiful and lovely stay at the above guest house. The staff and managers are extremely friendly and helpful, and the apartment house is kept clean and tidy. This is the second time we are staying here and will continue to be our place of choice should we come back to Navi Mumbai. We felt happy and at home in the facility. This certainly helped in our healing process! Thank you . Karanja and Wanjiru Nairobi Kenya

International · 2 reviewsAs a family we had a positive experience with apollo, therefore it was recommended for me. I was receiving support in getting the visa, facilitation of hotel booking. On the other hand that related to the consultation , investigation , leading to the different departments, my sincere thanks to the international patient department. I do appreciate the efforts of the different consultants in reviewing my case history that for sure will support in developing a proper treatment plan. Finally I would like to thanks all support staff at the different departments for their kindness and also they were considering the time factor for the international patient. Keep the momentum
Overall good hospital. The senior doctors are very professional especially the Surgeon and Anaesthetist we had, they are very down to earth and have the humanitarian touch during stressful situations. Nurses are very professional, but there should be more nurses especially in pediatric ICU when there are many patients admitted. Also, there is one doctor in Pediatric ICU (Sanika) she should be given training on how to speak with patient relatives. She lack manners and politeness. As an international patient relative we feel discriminated as she do not even bother to explain the situation to us but talk in her language with the nurses. Maybe because we do not have medical expertise like her, she look down upon us as if we are illiterate.

International · 2 reviewsOne of the worst hospital I have ever been at. They admitted my wife to male ward on 7th may at 10 am without informing and taking consent from us, making money is their only priority and not the patient's safety and health. When I raised … More
One of the worst popular hospitals that can ever exist. I went there for my PME and 60+hrs after my PME, I am in tears. Please Note : You might see Apollo replying on all messages / reviews. Their links don't work. The message says link expired for all links! So yes, don't expect anything genuine from Apollo! Date : Saturday, 15th February It's been 60+ hrs I have been "begging" for my reports, they assured us they will upload the reports online on the same day. Forget same day. They haven't done even in 3 days despite so many calls I made to the hospital. I have given up. 🙏. Infact they uploaded a few of my husband's reports, but none for me yet except haemogram. Wow hospital 😊. We reached the hospital at about 7:30am to get our tests done without any chaos. The receptionist couldn't find my file, made me re-register when I kept telling her I am registered. They gave me an incorrect tag, badge, stickers and suddenly the receptionist said "Aapka file mill gaya". She had to look up from about 10 files which also she failed to do. Funnily we were the only ones there at that time, still. What a receptionist "haath jodo". Every test I did, The doctors / technicians had to change my name number age everything. Horrible. Exceptionally horrible breakfast. Idli was so so so cold and bad. Chutney was inedible. Poha was the only item that was atleast eatable. Like at 8:20am we had our breakfast, that too stale. Worst I can ever imagine. Enter the washroom for urine collection, ohh my. Dirtiest washroom in the whole world. Dirty. Stinking, full of potty marks, every place in the washroom full of water. Urine. Stinking. 1st floor. No words. And then. The floor ground washroom. Damn Male Female common washroom. Urine everywhere. Stinking and how. I complained to the receptionist and he also threw me such attitude. Disrespect and no care for patients. Blood test staff, technicians, doctors were really good and helpful. There were 2 to 3 women at the counter number 3 who were good : I wish I saw their names : one really fair, beautiful woman, one wheatish complexion, medium hair lady who was excellent. So helpful. All other ladies there : the lady with the bun especially, think, black hair was horrible. So so rude. Like she was the owner and we were her slaves begging her for money. Their opthalmologist - lady - oh my. I can BET, being an engineer MBA I can do a better job. Are you short of doctors? She doesn't know anything. She doesn't know her job. She took minutes with patients to do what god alone knows. Longest waiting, imagine! I was trying to tell her my issues on being asked, and what she was really interested in is "aapki kaunsi surgeries hui hain ab. Takk". Give me a break gurl! Apollo : shame! The gynac just doesn't wish to do anything. She comes in at her own sweet time post 11am. Everyone has to keep waiting for her despite getting done with all other tests and procedures. I heard her complain to another nurse 'sabko pap smear karwana hi hai', arey karwana hai, hamare package mein hai, kyun na karayen? She doesn't do any physical examination unless you plead her. It's there in the package still. Just because people don't know and they don't complain. You can't not do your job well! Your basics you have to do. Infact motivate people to do if they disagree. She was waiting for people to say no so that she could just shoo everyone out asap. They charge a bomb as compared to average market prices. A normal mri brain scan outside is around 4k, at Apollo they charge 12k+. They make healthcare and health checkups unaffordable, and for what? Not even providing us edible food and a usable stink free hygienic washroom? I am in tears. They don't even let us have the right to get respect after paying them a bomb, or a right for basic hygiene, or a right for knowing our body by not sharing the reports. Worst experience in a luxury hospital ever 🙏🙏🙏 Avoid if possible
abroad
International · 2 reviewsHad to consult two doctors at Apollo Hospitals for my wife's followup treatment. "Nephrologist Dr Aswathy Haridas". The patient, my wife Mrs Chandrika Nair is on a single Kidney from June 2022, with multiple ailments. After treatment else where, we landed up at Apollo Hospitals in Aug 2024. We requested for consultation with Dr Ashwathy Haridas. The treatment started then, has resulted in the complete recovery of the patient as on April 2026 with all parameters reaching normal. "Cardiologist Dr Mahesh S Ghogare". Alongwith the Kidney problem, Mrs Chandrika Nair had also complaints like, Atrial Fibrillation, Hypertension and Diabetis. The patient was referred to Dr Ghogare in Oct 2024. With his treatment the patient is normal as on April 2026 and leads a normal and active life. With the treatments and medications of both the doctors, the patient could travel abroad for a year without any problems. Thanks to Dr Ashwathy Haridas, Dr Mahesh Subhash Ghogare and Apollo Hospital, Navi Mumbai.
Ekaaksh Hospitality – Dwarkamai Guest House I stayed at Dwarkamai Guest House during my treatment at Apollo Hospital. I lived here for three months initially, and on every subsequent visit to Mumbai, I continue to stay here for one to two weeks. This guest house is an excellent option for patients and families coming from abroad for treatment at Apollo Hospital. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located. The staff are professional, kind, and exceptionally supportive. They often assist with matters beyond their responsibilities, such as driving guests to pick up deliveries, which is greatly appreciated during medical treatment. Highly recommended.
