I will not even give 0 stars as review. It has an option of atleast 1 stars else if it had an option of -10 stars would have given that for this worthless hospital. I am writting the review being in the hospital only not after discharge. I have admitted my mother in law in this hospital only because of the suggestion of Dr. Vishnu from Swasa hospital as she was having severe cough and breathlessness. We got admitted we have insurance of 5L and as informed by the insurance desk we will be getting only sharing room. We said ok and later when we saw they alloted a room with a male patient when we insisted then they gave other room. The rooms are not maintained the bell doesn't work and oxygen dispenser doesn't work later after multiple follow ups they got it repaired. The doctor doesn't come on a particular time they don't inform what treatment is going on they just do all the tests which we have already done just a month before for the same problem. Later, they shifted us to the other room as the other patient who was sharing the room with us who actually joined a day after us doesn't want AC and we want, as our problem is regading breathlessness and cough. They shifted us instead would have shifted them as they have come later. The other room is so untidy anywhere you touch you find dust. No maintenance nothing. Worst hospital. I would never recommend anyone to get admitted. If you love your family member and want good treatment NEVER COME TO GLENEAGLE HOSPITAL. We are also now insisting to get discharged as because of the service.

I have recently undergone angioplasty. Doctors are very good. DR.Kondal Rao sir saved my life in middle of sunday night. Staff is also responding very quick. But their nursing staff are really unskilled. Every time they pricked me minimum twice for taking blood samples even in ICU. The staff were shouting on top of their vioce in MICU and i coundlt sleep after such a big procedure. And i had a horrible experience with a male nurse who gave me an injection by pricking wrongly and i got chills soon after. Then they gave me Avil injection to control chills. He was very arrogant. His superior supported the nurse saying it was not his fault even after seeing me trembling after the injection. Their is no humanity in the nurses working there. They are working just for money. I request hospital management to hire only skilled nurses to take care of patients.

Just got a complicated surgery done in this hospital. In one line I can say they provide Value for Money medical services with a phenomenal and the best patient experience. I am thoroughly impressed with all dimensions of a hospital stay. 1. Dr. Pradeep Deshpande and Dr. Rakesh and Dr. Malakondiah were my doctors. Doctor's capability, their level of involvement, attention to every detail and care and concern they show towards not just the patients but also the families was simply phenomenal. 2. Nursing staff in the ICU and the rooms - This is the best I have ever seen in any hospital not just in India but abroad as well. Dr. Karthik, lead nurses Lydia, Kavitha, all the other nurses Shyam, Vinod, Manoj, Pinky, Hanumanthu, Veer, Sujatha, Tirupathamma, Aushadi, Sirisha, every one were truly professional, extremely talented, extremely empathetic. Hats off to this team. 3. Administration team - Jaya laxmi, Laxmi and Srinivas were of great help. They were very helpful right from the start of the process till the very end. 4.Cleanliness and Hygiene - This was another pleasant surprise for me. Facility is extremely well kept with the right levels of hygiene and maintenance. 5. Food - Another major highlight of this place. Extremely well kept canteen with amazing standards of hygiene, great taste and provided to the patients on time. Infact, they overfeed you! If you are one of those who don't want to get lost in the bureaucracy of large corporate hospitals but also need exceptional medical care, I strongly recommend Global hospital, Lakdikapul.

Global Hospital in Hyderabad, Lakdikapul, is one of the best surgical hospitals. I have undergone major Gastroenterology surgery here twice and I'm very very thankful to the surgeons here. They are like God's hands. I was treated by Dr. Ravindranath and Dr. K Lakshmi and both of them are pioneers in their field. It is a blessing to be treated by Dr. Ravindranath Sir. Absolutely nothing can go wrong if he is there and you can be double guaranteed that you will surely come out of OT fully cured. Hospital has very good infrastructure and they take utmost care of the patients. Everything in the entire system happens in a very disciplined way without any hassles to the patients. Entire staff of the hospital was very very caring and polite with me during my stay here. I am really very grateful to the entire team for giving me the right treatment, care and attention. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Rajkumar who made sure all the processes and our stay was completely smooth.I traveled from Pune to get treatment here and he made sure we have a pleasant experience in every step of the entire process. And Mr. Bhaskaran who made sure our stay in the room was hassle-free and without any complaints.
