Traveled from Sanaa for cardiac evaluation. The international patient coordinator arranged translation support which helped a lot. Diagnosis was thorough and honest — they did not push unnecessary procedures. Highly trustworthy.

Middle East · 1 reviewThe doctors are highly skilled and the facilities are clean and well maintained. My father recovered well after his angioplasty. Food options for international patients could be better, but overall a very positive experience.
Iraq
Middle East · 1 reviewGood hospital with modern equipment and experienced cardiologists. The angiography was quick and painless. Only issue was the wait time on the day of admission, but the treatment itself was very professional.

Africa · 4 reviewsMy husband had a triple bypass at Lilavati and the cardiac surgeons were world-class. The international desk arranged everything from the visa invitation to our hotel. Recovery went smoothly and the discharge summary was detailed enough for our doctor back in Lagos.
Lilavati saved my life. I flew in with severe blockages and the team acted fast. The surgeon personally explained the procedure and risks. Post-op ICU care was outstanding and the follow-up teleconsultation after I returned home was a great touch.
The medical care was solid and the cardiologist was competent. However the ward was busy and it sometimes took a while to get nursing attention at night. The procedure itself went well and I recovered fine.
I travelled from Lagos to Lilavati for a heart angioplasty and I could not have asked for better care. The cardiology team explained every step clearly, the international patient desk sorted my visa letter and airport pickup, and the nursing staff on the cardiac ward were attentive day and night. The final bill matched the quote I was given beforehand. Highly recommend for anyone coming from abroad.
Kenya
Africa · 1 reviewCame from Nairobi for a heart valve replacement. The cost was less than half of what a private hospital quoted at home and the quality was excellent. Nurses checked on me constantly and the physiotherapist got me walking within days.
South Africa
Africa · 1 reviewQuality cardiac surgery at a fair price. The surgeons are internationally trained and it shows. Communication before arrival could have been a little faster, but once there everything was well organised and professional.
Tanzania
Africa · 1 reviewVery good cardiac care and compassionate nursing staff. The whole process was smoother than I expected for an international patient. It is on the pricier side compared to other Mumbai hospitals but you get what you pay for.
Uganda
Africa · 1 reviewFrom the moment we landed we felt looked after. The valve replacement was successful and the cardiac rehab guidance before discharge was very helpful. I have already recommended Lilavati to two friends back in Kampala.

Visited the hospital for Visa Medical tests. Overall experience was smooth and took approx 3 hours. You can bring someone with you if you need. Overall cost for Canada Visa medical test was Rs. 4410. Book an appointment prior to your visit. Do not expect you will get an appointment for the very next day Or nearby date. I got an appointment date of almost after 3 weeks from the day I called to book my slot. Below is the entire procedure: 1. You straight away go to the second floor visa section and submit your documents(LH registration form which you can download from the website, passport xerox, ITA/admission letter etc, and vaccination certificate (if you're vaccinated)). 2. Then in room no 1, your height, weight and BP will be measured. 3. Then in room no 20, a counsellor will give you a consent form to sign which basically is your consent to let them check HIV in your blood sample. 4. After some time, you'll be asked for document verification and your photo will be clicked. They'll give you a form asking about your medical history. Keep original passport handy. 5. You'll be called to pay the amount. Along with the bill receipt, you'll also get three separate receipts each for blood, urine and x-ray. You can keep the bill receipt with you. 6. Submit the urine and blood receipt in room no 17 and after a short while they'll call you to take your blood sample and will give a cup to deposit your urine. 7. Then on the ground floor, radiology section, counter 38, you'll submit your xray receipt and someone will call out your name to get your chest x-ray. No innerwear is to be worn during xray, only the gown which hospital will provide you. After x-ray you can go back to second floor. 8. In room 22, eye testing will be done. It was super quick. Hardly one minute. 9. After all these Procedures, you'll be called in room no 1. Panel Physician will ask you about your medical history, will check you physically and with this you're done. 10. Just wait for your acknowledgement/ medical information sheet. Verify the details and you can leave. After each step, there was a slight waiting time. Hope it helps someone who is appearing for the tests. :)
