Today was my first visit to Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital. I was accompanied by Somosri, the coordinator. She was absolutely friendly, helpfull and supportive. I felt immediately save. She explained every step I was going through. And even when we left, she came to find the exit.Thank you Somosri Right away, after arrinving in the hospital Somosri took me to Dr. Sameer Tulpule. He carefully listened to my health situation and decided very professional. I immediately felt understood and seen. I was admitted to the hospital for a CSF leak to the Critical Care Unit, Bed no. 10 and was under the treatment of Dr. Rajan Shah, head of neurosurgery at Nanavati, and Dr. Narayan Jaishankar, ENT surgeon and Anesthetist Dr. Neeta Karmakar, all very senior doctors and my issue was resolved with pure ease. The hospital is an epitome of brilliance and it's operation is a result of years of experience, professionalism and healthcare at its best at every level. The Unit is under the strict and expert management of Dr. Meenal Jariwala and every aspect of the ward, right from the response time, monitoring, treatment, operations etc is brilliantly run 24x 7. It's sheer inspiration watching and experiencing it. I was attended to by RMOs Dr. Megan Fernandez and Dr. Bhavya Jain, who addressed to my recovery needs time and again with dedication. The frontline workers of the hospital i.e. the Nurses Sayali, Pratiksha, Mansi and Meeva speak of the excellence of the hospital, with their experienced care, compassion towards the patient and understanding. The dedication of the team is inspiring to see and nurtures fast recovery thanks to the spirit. The floor manager Aditi helped us navigate through our Mediclaim woes and made the process tension-free. The management of the hospital parallels the best in the world and the number of foreign patients coming here for care, is an indication of the same. Will be forever grateful to the organization for helping me bounce back and will recommend the hospital to anyone and everyone in need. I'm glad that such brilliant care is available in India and in Mumbai to begin with. All the very best to the hospital and every member of the team.
